About the Role
Dive into the world of top-tier beauty services, including hair removal, tanning, and skin treatments. Your mission? Providing stellar customer service, skin consultations, and keeping our salon shining bright. As a Senior Therapist, you'll be instrumental in advancing the growth of our Skin services within Team Carlton. Enjoy a competitive hourly rate from $27 to $32, with penalty rates given.

Position 1: Full-Time (38 Hours per week) Senior Therapist
Position 2: Casual or Part-Time Senior Therapist (15-30 Hours per week).

Requirements for the Journey:
Diploma of Beauty Therapy
Carlton North location prides them self in the learning and development space and creating a career within the industry and our brand - are you a passionate therapist up for this amazing opportunity!?
Mastered the art of waxing, including the coveted Brazilians.
Male Brazilians trained or willing to learn advantageous.
Strong competency in Spray tanning, peels, micro, IPL, LED & Lash lifting.
Passionate about all things beauty and eager to learn and grow.
Positive vibes only! Bring a confident attitude and commitment to professional development.
Salon Stint: 2+ years previous experience in a salon is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
Ideal candidate will have availability Mondays & 2 late nights per week.
